Werder Bremen-Bound Right Back Agu Reaches Highest Market Value
Published: April 03, 2020
Felix Agu has reached his highest market value based on an update from Transfermarkt on April 2, allnigeriasoccer.com reports.
The versatile VfL Osnabrück right-back is now valued at two million euros, that's 750,000 euros more than what it was three months ago.
Though Agu is rated at two million euros, he is joining Werder Bremen as a free agent at the end of the 2019-2020 season.
A Germany youth international who has played non-binding games for the U21 team, he is the highest ranked player in the VfL Osnabrück squad and the 36th most expensive player in the German 2. Bundesliga.
Agu is ranked 247th among all players playing as right back and ranked 188th concerning the footballers born in 1999.
In the current season, he has started 18 of the 23 matches VfL Osnabruck have played in the second-tier and has six assists to his name.
At ten million euros, Chelsea Academy product Ola Aina is the most valuable right back of Nigerian descent.
