'100 Percent He Passed Two Tests' - Agent Insists Nigeria U23 Star Bitok Has Not Contracted COVID-19
Published: May 17, 2020Belarusian agent Yauheni Haiduk, who handles the affairs of Nigeria U23 international Godfrey Bitok Stephen, has insisted that his client has not contracted COVID-19 amid speculation in the local media that the defender had tested positive for the virus.
Having said that, the left-back is very unlikely to taste action in Sunday afternoon's Belarusian Premier League match between Dinamo Minsk and Isloch because he is recovering from fever.
"Bitok is sick but has not contracted coronavirus, he has problems," Haiduk told allnigeriasoccer.com.
"He has fever and it's nothing special, he will not play today, I think, because he has temperature but it's not coronavirus.
"It is one hundred percent he passed two tests, they were not positive results. It is fake information he has contracted coronavirus."
