Inter Milan Can Afford To Buy Either Chelsea's Victor Moses Or Fiorentina Wing-back
Published: May 20, 2020
Inter Milan can afford to buy either Chelsea-owned wing-back Victor Moses or Fiorentina star Cristiano Biraghi in the upcoming transfer window, according to a report in Corriere dello Sport (via Sempre Inter).
While Moses joined the Nerazzurri in the winter market, Biraghi is spending the whole of this season on loan at the Milan based club.
A purchase clause set at 12 million euros was included in the deal taking the former Nigeria international to Inter but the Serie A side are now asking for a discounted fee before going ahead to exercise their option to buy.
Inter Milan want a reduced fee for the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations winner because he comes off contract with Chelsea at the end of the 2020-2021 season.
Moses has appeared in seven competitive matches since joining Inter and has bagged an assist while Biraghi has tallied four assists in 24 matches.
The 29-year-old Nigerian is on his way to full fitness after suffering a muscle-related injury before the league was halted in March.
