Nigerian winger Nathan Butler-Oyedeji has revealed that he has trained with the Arsenal first team several times in the 2019-2020 season.
The highly-rated teenager predominantly features for the Gunners U18 side and frequently trains with the U23s .
Butler-Oyedeji has named Mesut Ozil as the player that impressed him the most when he trained with the first team and labelled the German World Cup winner a magnificent player.
"I have trained with the first team, best in training is Mesut Ozil, it's like he doesn't even have to touch the ball, he's magnificent, that's the word I have to use for him. I was in awe," Oyedji said in an interview with Deluded Gooner.
"I liked David Luiz his leadership, he is very composed, obviously Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, his shot is ridiculous . They are all good, the tempo was very high."
For the U23 and U18 team, Butler-Oyedeji identified Trae Coyle and Kido Taylor-Hart respectively as the players who have caught the eye.
"U23 level I'd say is Trae Coyle, he is very good then Tyreece John-Jules and Emile Rowe Smith.
"And in U18s level, I'd say Kido Taylor-Hart, he's very skillful, and Matthew Dennis in training, sometimes he is unplayable."
The 17-year-old Butler-Oyedeji was involved in 19 matches for Arsenal's U18 and U13 teams this season, scoring three goals, including a brace against Tottenham Hotspur in the U18 Premier League.
