Nigerian-Born Winger Mulling Over His Future At Everton
Published: May 24, 2020
Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Nigerian-born winger Korede Adedoyin is mulling over his future at English Premier League side Everton.
The 19-year-old could depart the Toffees at the end of the 2019-2020 season when his contract expires, with his agent currently studying the options available.
Adedoyin spent the first half of this season on loan at Scottish Premiership club Hamilton Academical but his stay at the Accies was cut short due to a lack of playing opportunities.
Since returning to the Toffees in January, he failed to make a single appearance for Everton U23 team in the Premier League 2, Premier League International Cup and Premier League Cup before academy football was cancelled, putting his future at the Merseyside club in doubt.
Adedoyin joined Everton at the age of ten, rising through the ranks before making his debut for the U18 team against Middlesbrough while still a schoolboy.
Born in Lagos, he trained with Nigeria's U20 team in Germany before their trip to Poland for the World Cup last summer.
