Confirmed: Israeli Club Hapoel Ra'anana Bring In Osuji From ND Gorica
Published: August 03, 2020Relegated Israeli Premier League side Hapoel Ra'anana have officially announced the signing of Nigerian striker Bede Amarachi Osuji.
Osuji has agreed a deal that will see him remain at Hapoel Ra'anana until at least the end of the 2022-2023 season.
The 24-year-old began his professional career at Slovenian club ND Gorica, for whom he made 160 appearances in six years and scored 30 goals while providing eight assists.
Before breaking into the first team of ND Gorica, Osuji was loaned out to Brda and Tolmin to experience a taste of first-team football.
Last season, he found the net 11 times in 19 appearances across all competitions for ND Gorica.
Former Super Eagles invitee Anthony Nwakaeme turned out for Hapoel Ra'anana for two years, before joining Hapoel Beer Sheva, from where he moved to Trabzonspor in Turkey.
Hapoel Ra'anana's next competitive game comes up against Hapoel Nir Ramat HaSharon FC in the Israeli Toto Cup Lige Leumit on Wednesday, August 5.
