Giresunspor In Talks With Kayserispor Over Loan Deal For Uzodimma

Allnigeriasoccer.com has been told that Turkish First League club Giresunspor are working on a deal to sign young Nigerian midfielder Anthony Uzodimma in the summer transfer window.
Giresunspor have started negotiations with Super Lig side Kayserispor over a deal that would see Uzodimma play on loan at the second-tier club for the entirety of the 2020-2021 season if terms are agreed.
The 21-year-old saw his first team opportunities limited last season, making only two appearances for Kayserispor and was in action for 79 minutes.
And he is open to a loan move away from Kayserispor to boost his chances of playing first team football.
Uzodimma's first professional club abroad was Al Khartoum Sports Club
in Sudan, from where he moved to Kayserispor in August 2019.
Predominantly a defensive midfielder, he is also comfortable playing as a right-back and attacking midfielder.
He trained with his teammates at Kayserispor on Wednesday.
