Official : Super Eagles Midfielder Returns To Deportivo La Coruna For Second Spell
Spanish second-tier club Deportivo La Coruña have officially announced the permanent signing of Nigeria international Uche Agbo from Standard Liege.

Uche has returned for a second spell at Deportivo La Coruña having spent the second half of the 2019-2020 season on loan at the club, making nine appearances in La Liga 2.

The defensive midfielder has penned a four-year deal with The Blues and Whites.

Uche has previously been with Granada and Watford, and spent time on loan at Rayo Vallecano and Sporting Braga while on the books of Standard Liege.

Prior to his move to Europe, he represented Nigerian clubs Taraba, JUTH and Enyimba as a youngster.

Uche has racked up 115 appearances in Spanish football : 44 in Primeira División, 9 in Segunda, 57 in Segunda B and 5 in the Copa del Rey.

A member of Nigeria's squad to the 2013 FIFA U120 World Cup, he was named to the country's provisional squad for the 2018 World Cup.
