In a game involving five players of Nigerian descent at the Academy Stadium in Manchester, the Citizens came from behind to thrash Arsenal 4-1 in a Premier League 2 fixture, with Felix Nmecha getting on the scoresheet in the 24th minute.
Miguel Azeez, Ryan Alebiosu, Tim Akinola and Folarin Balogun started for the Gunners.
Arsenal goalkeeper Karl Hein was shown a red card in the 8th minute for fouling Nmecha as he raced through on goal.

Tai, nephew of former Super Eagles defender Sam Sodje, is in contention to make his debut in the FA Youth Cup when Manchester City face Blackburn Rovers in the semifinal of the 2019-2020 competition on Friday, October 30.
