CSKA Moscow Dazzler Ejuke Named Europa League Dribbling King After Three Matches
Published: November 07, 2020
CSKA Moscow winger Chidera Ejuke is proving to be a master of his craft in terms of his main attribute, dribbling, allnigeriasoccer.com reports.
According to statistics from football statistics website Whoscored, the Nigeria international has racked up the most dribbles after three matches in this season's Europa League.
Ejuke has been successful in 28 take-ons, more than any other player handed minutes in the 2020-2021 Europa League, making him the dribbling king in the competition.
The former SC Heerenveen man completed an incredible eleven dribblers in CSKA Moscow's 1-1 draw with Wolfsberger AC on matchday one in Group K despite playing only the second half.
He made a total of eight dribbles vs Dinamo Zagreb, a game-high figure - and finished the match against Feyenoord with nine take-ons, more than any other player on the pitch.
Ejuke has logged 196 minutes in the Europa League, completing a dribble every seven minutes.
