The 2017 U20 World Cup winner scored via a deflected shot from just outside the area in the 54th minute as Reading registered a 3-1 win over Bristol City at the Madejski Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Joining Ejaria in the Championship Best XI is Rotherham United striker Freddie Ladapo who shone in his side's 2-2 draw with Bournemouth.
The former Flying Eagles invitee took his league tally to four goals with a brace against the Cherries.
In a 4-4-2 formation, Ejaria slotted in as a left midfielder and Ladapo was deployed as one of the two center forwards.
