Highest Transfer Value Increases : Crystal Palace Dazzler Eze In Top 6 For Players Valued €10M - €20M
Published: December 01, 2020
In their latest weekly post, CIES Football Observatory has highlighted the big-5 league players whose transfer value has increased the most in November compared to October 2020.
Crystal Palace dazzler Eberechi Eze is the only player of Nigerian descent that made the list for players with price ranges of less than €10m, €10m - €20m, €20m - €40m, €40m - € 80m and more than €80m.
The England U21 international is in sixth place for footballers valued between €10m and €20m.
Eze's transfer value has increased from fifteen million euros to twenty million euros, approximately the same fee Crystal Palace paid Queens Park Rangers to secure his signature in August 2020.
Only Nicolas Gonzalez (VfB Stuttgart), Neco Williams (Liverpool), Rafinha Alcantara (PSG), Edward Nketiah (Arsenal) and Amine Gouiri (OGC Nice) have higher transfer value increases than Eze for the price range €10m - €20m.
Eze has caught the eye since his move to Selhurst Park and has been consistently called up to the England U21 squad though he withdrew from the roster in September due to injury.
This season, the 22-year-old has been involved in nine Premier League matches of which five were starts, scoring one goal and has an assist to his name.
