Published: January 21, 2021The International Federation of Football History & Statistics has published the club world ranking for 2020 with Enyimba cracking the top 400, the only Nigeria Professional Football League side that made the list.
Using the weighted points per game methodology, Enyimba finished second in the NPFL table in the curtailed 2019-2020 season.
With 50.5 points, The Peoples' Elephant are the 352nd best club in the world but have dropped 89 places as they were ranked 263rd in 2019.

European champions Bayern Munich are the top ranked club in the world, followed by SE Palmeiras, PSG, Inter Milan and Manchester City in that order.
Al Ahly (31st), Zamalek (54th), Esperance (97th), Pyramids (103rd) and RSB Berkane (125th) are Africa's top five teams.
In another category, the Nigeria Professional Football League was ranked the 77th strongest league in the world, dropping 20 positions compared to last year's ranking.
