Exciting Winger Anjorin Names Three Chelsea First Team Players He's Learning Off
Published: January 23, 2021
Faustino Anjorin has revealed that he's aiming to become a better player by learning off three Chelsea first team wingers in the shape of Hakim Ziyech, Christian Pulisic and Callum Hudson-Odoi.
The England youth international started out his career as a striker before he was converted into a midfielder by the Chelsea youth team coaches and is also comfortable playing as a winger.
Anjorin is in the frame to make his fifth official appearance for Chelsea in tomorrow's FA Cup clash against Luton Town as he has been training with the first team this week.
"I know I’m in the space now where I’m not playing as many games so I need to keep focused and keep training hard every day to impress the coaches and show everyone what I can do," Anjorin said to Chelsea's official website.
"Obviously I train for myself but I can also learn of people like Hakim [Ziyech], Christian [Pulisic] and even Callum [Hudson-Odoi] as well because they’re the players that are playing.

"If I can implement what they do into my game, as well as my own stuff, then hopefully I can get a chance."
Anjorin went on to sing the praises of manager Frank Lampard, saying he idolized the former Chelsea midfielder while growing up as a kid.
"When I was younger, I always looked up to the gaffer because he was a midfield player like me that loved scoring goals. It’s been ledge and I’ve loved working with him.
"He’s my role model and for him to even know who I am is amazing, let alone to train with him as my coach!"
Anjorin won the junior version of the FA Cup, the FA Youth Cup, in 2018, scoring and registering an assist in the final against Arsenal, and made his debut in the senior competition against Morecambe this month.
