Photo Confirmation : Nigeria U23 Left-Back Stephen Joins Jagiellonia Bialystok

Through a statement on their official website, Polish Ekstraklasa side Jagiellonia Białystok confirmed the signing of Nigeria U23 international Godfrey Bitok Stephen on Friday, January 5.
The 20-year-old has put pen to paper on a four-year contract with Jagiellonia Białystok, until the end of 2024.
A modern day left-back, Stephen departs Belarusian outfit Isloch Minskiy Rayon after scoring 8 goals and providing eight assists in fifty-eight games, logging 5,039 minutes.
He began his career in his homeland with Gee-lec Academy, where he stayed until January 2019.
Stephen will play with the number 12 jersey for the remainder of the 2020-2021 season.
A member of the Dream Team VII squad to the 2019 Africa U23 Cup of Nations, he went the distance in all the three matches played by the national team during the tournament in Egypt.
Former Nigeria international Ugo Ukah played for Jagiellonia Białystok for two seasons, 2012-2014.
Jagiellonia Białystok, who are seventh in the table with 23 points from 15 matches, travel to Wisla Krakow in their next league game on February 7.
