Bulgarian club Lokomotiv Plovdiv mulling over the signing of Eberechi Eze's brother

Bulgarian First League club PFC Lokomotiv Plovdiv are mulling over the signing of Anglo-Nigerian midfielder Ikechi Eze.
Ikechi is a brother to Crystal Palace and England U21 midfielder Eberechi Eze, who has trained with the Super Eagles in the past and is being courted by the Nigerian Federation to switch his allegiance to Nigeria.
Lokomotiv Plovdiv manager Aleksandar Tunchev monitored Ikechi at close quarters in the friendly against Slavia played in Sofia during the international break, a game in which he started and gave a good account of himself.
According to 7sport, the trials were successful and Lokomotiv Plovdiv are planning to offer him a contract.
Eze was recommended to The Railwaymen by former Borussia Mönchengladbach fullback Vladimir Ivanov.
He is currently on the books of Bulgarian third-tier side PFC Rilski, whom he joined last November.
Eze lists Hampton & Richmond Borough, Fisher FC, Burgess Hill, Sittingbourne FC, Braintree, Tunbridge Wells and Sheppey Utd among his previous clubs.
