'Better than losing' - 34-goal striker Onuachu reacts to Genk's draw vs Anderlecht

Paul Onuachu has delivered his verdict on Racing Genk's draw against Anderlecht in the Belgian First Division A playoff on Wednesday night.
Thanks to Onuachu's 34th goal of the season in all competitions, the Limburg side managed to salvage a draw but it leaves them four points of table-toppers Club Brugge with three games to go, meaning they cannot afford to drop points in their next fixture as the champions have played a game less.
In the 67th minute, the Nigeria international scored with a header for the seventh time this season, assisted by Japanese winger Junya Ito.
In quotes relayed by Belgian newspaper Het Laatste Nieuws, Onuachu said : "We wanted the three points today, but we cannot complain about this draw.
"1-1 is better than losing. It was an open game. It was basically attacks over and over again. Over time, fatigue will inevitably kick in."
Up next, Onuachu and his teammates face Anderlecht again on Saturday, before matches with Antwerp and Club Brugge.
