Teenage Nigerian midfielder wanted by Liverpool, Man Utd after walking away from Arsenal

Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Nigeria-eligible youngster Femi Fapetu has followed in the footsteps of his elder brother, Bayo by opting to end his association with Premier League side Arsenal.
Championship club Derby County are set to announce Bayo Fapetu among their new intake of academy scholars for the 2021-2022 season.
Liverpool and Manchester United are among the clubs battling to sign the younger Fapetu, who turned out for Arsenal U14s in the recently concluded season.
The Anfield side have firmed up their interest in Femi Fapetu by inviting him to train with the club with a view to offering him a youth football academy contract.
Fapetu is currently training with Liverpool and will head to Manchester United next week to check out their facilities and will train with the Red Devils too.
Anglo-Nigerian players Jordon Ibe, Sheyi Ojo, Ovie Ejaria, Michael Ihiekwe and David Amoo are graduates of Liverpool academy.
The highly-rated teenager is a midfielder capable of performing multiple roles in the center of the pitch.
