Allnigeriasoccer.com can exclusively report that Bulgarian First League giants CSKA Sofia are readying a bid for former West Ham speed demon Matthias Fanimo.
Fanimo's camp are also in advanced talks with Turkish clubs Alanyaspor and Konyaspor over the transfer of the FK Sarajevo player.
The former England U17 international put himself in the shop window following an impressive debut season at FK Sarajevo, scoring 13 goals and registering two assists in 37 matches.
FK Sarajevo initially attempted to put Fanimo up for sale for 700,000 euros, only for them to reduce their asking price because they felt it was unrealistic.
The aforementioned clubs interested in his services have been quoted a fee of half a million euros to sign him.
Whilst at West Ham Academy, Fanimo was touted to be the fastest player in the world, with a reading of 9.8 on the GPS monitor, same speed recorded by former Manchester United skipper Antonio Valencia.
The 27-year-old is under contract with FK Sarajevo until the end of the 2022-2023 season.
