Racing Genk chairman Peter Croonen has emphasized that Paul Onuachu is not trying to force a move away from the club at all costs after the striker skipped the recent First Division A clash with KV Oostende.
Manager John van den Brom omitted the Nigeria international from the roster against KVO because he was not in the right frame of mind to take to the pitch.
English Premier League side West Ham United have been credited with an interest in the current Belgian Pro League Player of the Year but the stumbling block to a bid is Genk's asking price of 30 million euros.
Onuachu is a bit concerned because he wants to move on to pastures new but the Limburg club are only keen on selling him for the right fee.
Discussing the transfer situation of the Super Eagles star, Croonen told Het Belang van Limburg via voetbalprimeur : "
"No. We have a clear agreement.

"Until now there has been very little movement. We would love to keep this core together. It makes Paul a bit nervous".
It remains to be seen if Onuachu will be part of the Racing Genk squad to take on Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk in the third qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday.
