The Nigeria international left the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona after Thursday's Europa League meeting with Barcelona with his leg bandaged but it was applied as a precaution, Corriere dello Sport reported.
Osimhen started both legs of Napoli's Europa League playoff tie with Barcelona, totaling 154 minutes.
Spalletti stressed that the club's most expensive acquisition in history is in a condition to play and to drive home his point he emphasized that the Nigerian is in line to go the distance against the Biancocelesti.
Having recovered from a facial injury that kept him sidelined for around two months, Osimhen has yet to go the full ninety in all seven matches he has been involved.
Providing a squad update, Spalletti said : "Osimhen has a good chance of playing the full 90 minutes. Lobotka could be in the squad, so we will assess his condition, but it's unlikely he will start. Anguissa still needs another week to recover".
Osimhen is in good form in the Italian top-flight, scoring two goals and winning a penalty in his last three matches.
