Is Chelsea-reared striker Abraham really better than Napoli star Victor Osimhen?

After the season Victor Osimhen had in the Serie A in which he won the U23 Player of the Year award, it is little surprise that the likes of Arsenal and Manchester United have been credited with an interest in the Napoli star.
However according to AreaNapoli, transfer expert Sabatino Durante described Chelsea academy product Tammy Abraham as a more refined striker than Osimhen.
The England international of Nigerian descent who moved to Italy for a fee of 40 million euros has set the league alight with scintillating performances.
Durante said, "He looks a lot like Abraham, but it doesn't seem to me that the Roma striker's price exceeds 100 million and we are talking about a more formed striker than Osimhen".
For comparison, Osimhen has 18 goals in 32 appearances while Abraham has 27 goals in 53 appearances. I believe both strikers thrive in different tactical set-ups.
Abraham is better in a system where he has to drop deep and combine with his teammates. His associative play is top-class and his world-class movement in the box strikes fear into opposition defences.
Osimhen on the other hand is more of an intense presser. He loves to run at defenders and drag them wide with his diagonal and split movements. His box-play is not as good as Abraham's but he is more clinical.
According to fotmob statistics, in the Serie A, Tammy Abraham had a shot conversation rate of 13.2% but missed 19 big chances. Meanwhile, Osimhen had a shot conversation rate of 10.9% but only missed 6 big chances.
So is Abraham really better than Osimhen? I wouldn't say one is better than the other as they both require certain systems to perform at their best.
With his clinical finishing, Osimhen fits in a team that dominates the ball and provides him goalscoring opportunities while Abraham helps his team dominate the ball but misses many chances.
