However, will the youngster be making the right career choice if he moves to Old Trafford to join the Red Devils?
Allnigeriasoccer.com takes a look at the options available to Ebiowei and which would be the best.
Every young player in the world needs one thing in particular for their development, game time.
Manchester United is still early in their squad rebuild as new manager Erik ten Hag has not even managed a game yet.
It would take something extraordinary for the Dutch manager to sign Ebiowei and thrust him into the limelight so early in his career.
Bearing in mind that the likes of Shola Shoretire, Anthony Elanga and even big money signing Jadon Sancho are in line for game-time, it looks extremely slim that Ebiowei would get game-time if he moved to Manchester United.
It is most likely that Ebiowei would be shipped out on loan if he eventually makes the move to Old Trafford. However, loans work differently for players.
Youngsters need stability and it is better to play for a lower team regularly and showcase the talent for a bigger move rather than being shuttled around yearly on loan.
Allnigeriasoccer recommends that Ebiowei makes a move to a lesser club at a good level in order to get the required environment needed for his development.
The likes of Leeds, Nottingham Forest, Huddersfield and even Wolves are good clubs who have a good record in developing youngsters.
