Two things Kilmarnock can expect from new signing Ryan Alebiosu
Published: July 21, 2022With renowned Nigerian footballers enjoying a good summer transfer window, the same is applicable to the young ones who are looking to carve a name for themselves in the footballing world.
Today, it was confirmed that Scottish club Kilmarnock FC had completed the signing of Arsenal-owned Nigerian right-back Ryan Alebiosu.
The defender will be spending the entirety of the 2022-2023 season at the club which will be his second loan club since joining Arsenal at the age of eight.
Due to the stock of quality players in the Arsenal lineup and the possible arrival of more, it was a great decision to send Alebiosu on loan to gain more exposure in the first team.
There is no doubt that Alebiosu is a highly talented player and allnigeriasoccer.com will be taking a look at two things Kilmarnock can expect from the Arsenal man.
Technical efficiency
Alebiosu is a technically clean and sound player. This is evidenced in his adaptability to play as a full-back or as a midfielder.
This technical efficiency in his game will help the club in moving the ball up the pitch, retaining possession as well as creating attacking sequences in advanced areas of the pitch.
Versatility
Able to play as a left-back, right-back, wing-back as well as a midfielder, Alebiosu will offer lots of variety and versatility to the team.
He will be offering an option in four positions which is important for squad building albeit for a season.
