Top 10 most promising two-way LBs : Tottenham-owned defender Udogie ranks second

The International Centre for Sports Studies, CIES, in its latest monthly report has identified 200 players – the top 10 in 20 different classification categories – who were born after the 1st January 2002 and have accumulated the highest experience capital in official matches played in adult competitions in 2022.
The report focuses on players born in 2002 or later who were included in December 2022 in a squad amongst 73 leagues around the world.
Tottenham Hotspur-owned Super Eagles-eligible defender Destiny Udogie ranked second for two-way left-backs - a left back primarily active in a defensive area and in an attacking one.
CIES noted that Tottenham Hotspur signed the Italy U21 international of Nigerian descent for a transfer fee similar to to his current transfer value (€26.6 m).
Udogie's experience capital in official matches is 26.4, while he has logged 2,763 minutes between December 13, 2021 and the same date in 2022.
The top ten most promising two-way left-backs are Nuno Mendes (Paris St-Germain), Udogie, Aaron Hickey (Brentford), Milos Kerkez (AZ Alkmaar), Omar Campos (Santos Laguna), Jhoanner Chávez (Independiente del Valle), Victor Kristiansen (FC København), Pedrinho Azevedo (Athletico Paranaense), Jimer Fory (Deportivo Pereira) and Doron Leidner (Olympiacos).
Tottenham Hotspur acquired Udogie on a five-year deal in August 2022 but he was immediately loaned back to Udinese to complete the season.
