Official : Crystal Palace loan out ex-Chelsea and Arsenal schoolboy Ebiowei to Hull City
Published: January 19, 2023
Former Chelsea and Arsenal schoolboy Malcolm Ebiowei has completed a loan move to Championship outfit Hull City.
Crystal Palace confirmed on their official website on Thursday that the 2019 Golden Eaglets invitee has joined the Tigers on loan for the remainder of the 2022-2023 season.
Ebiowei has found game time hard to come by since his switch to Crystal Palace although he is a regular face in the matchday squad .
The England U20 international has appeared in five matches for The Eagles, logging 57 minutes, from the nineteen call-ups he has received since his arrival from Derby County last summer.
He has Championship experience, having played in sixteen games for the Rams in the second half of last season.
Ebiowei reunites with Hull City manager Liam Rosenior, with whom he worked with at Derby County.
The 19-year-old has suffered a minor injury and is currently at his parent club Crystal Palace working on his rehabilitation before linking up with Hull City in the coming days.
Ebiowei made his professional debut against Hull City in February 2022 and has scored one senior goal.
