Turkish giants Fenerbahce rule out move for Chelsea old boy Victor Moses

Turkish Super Lig  giants Fenerbahce have decided against pursuing a deal for Premier League winner with Chelsea in 2017, Victor Moses.

The future of the retired Nigeria international at Spartak Moscow has been the subject of speculation in recent months, with one year left on his contract with the Red and Whites.

Moses wants to change clubs in the summer transfer window and the Muscovites are prepared to let him leave.

It has been claimed that clubs in Turkey are monitoring the situation of the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations winner but Fenerbahce is definitely not one of the teams interested in his services.

"Personally, we are not interested in signing Victor Moses. We are not currently looking for a midfield player, "Member of the Board of Directors of Fenerbahce, Selahattin Baki told Sport Express.

Moses has been playing for Spartak Moscow since 2020, initially moving there on loan before joining them on a full deal the following season.

The 32-year-old has directly participated in eighteen goals from 69 appearances in all competitions for the Muscovites.

A product of the Crystal Palace academy, he took in loan spells at Liverpool, Stoke City, West Ham United, Fenerbahce and Inter Milan during his nine-year association with Chelsea.
