PSG determined to bring back to Ligue 1 at least one between Osimhen and Man City midfielder
Published: June 09, 2023Ligue 1 Champions Paris Saint-Germain have Napoli striker Victor Osimhen as a top priority in the summer transfer window.
According to Il Napolista ,making reference to French daily newspaper Le Parisien , PSG have Osimhen and Manchester City midfielder, Bernardo Silva as their transfer priorities.
The report also added that PSG are determined to bring back to the Ligue 1 at least one between Osimhen and Bernardo Silva.
Osimhen joined Napoli from Lille in 2020 and Silva was at Monaco for three years before switching to Manchester City.
Napoli owner Aurelio De Laurentiis has made it clear he will not sell the Nigeria international for less than 130 million euros.
The Parisians have let go of Lionel Messi and are open to selling Neymar Jr. which will leave vacuums for them to fill in the attack and the Napoli striker is being considered as one of the candidates to pair up with Kylian Mbappe.
Osimhen finished the season as the top scorer in the Italian Serie A and the first player to win the Paulo Rossi Award and the Scudetto at the same time.
He has two years left on his contract which has put interested parties on alert on a possibility of a transfer.
Manchester United and Chelsea have also been reported to have a firm interest in him.
As earlier reported, the striker's agent and Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis are set to discuss his future but there has been no update regarding the meeting so far.
