French outfit, Troyes have joined Glasgow Rangers in the race for Nigerian International, Bright Osayi-Samuel.
This is according to Turkish journalist and editor-in-chief of Sports Digitale, Yağız Sabuncuoğlu who has reported that Troyes have made an official offer to Fenerbahce for Osayi-Samuel.
Sabuncuoğlu added that Rangers have contact with the Yellow Canaries over the potential signing of the Blackpool academy product.
The French side will spend next season in the French Ligue 2 having finished 19th in the last campaign in the Ligue 1, a season after regaining promotion.
Osayi-Samuel has been unable to secure a starting berth in the Fenerbahce squad in the 2022-2023 season as Ferdi Kadioglu was preferred over him and the Nigerian could be on his way out of the club.
The 25-year-old started just 10 games from a possible 38in the Turkish Super Lig last season and registered one assist.
The right-back joined Fenerbahce in 2021 and has made 99 appearances, notching 3 goals and seven assists.
Osayi-Samuel has been called up to the Super Eagles squad for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Sierra Leone.
