Through their official website, La Liga club Real Sociedad have announced the signing of Norway youth international of Nigerian descent, Bryan Fiabema.
Fiabema has joined Real Sociedad on a free transfer following his release by Premier League giants Chelsea at the end of the 2022-2023 campaign.
The 20-year-old has signed a one-year contract with Real Sociedad, with the possibility of extending it for a second.
The White and Blues informed that the Norwegian-Nigerian starlet will initially start his Real Soceidad career with the B Team.
Fiabema failed to break into Chelsea's first team during his time at Stamford Bridge and was loaned out to Rosenborg and Forest Green Rovers to get a taste of first team football.
He registered nine goal involvements (3 goals, 6 assists) in twenty eight appearances combined for the Norwegian and League One clubs.
His best season at Chelsea was in the 2021-2022 campaign, where he notched eight goals in all competitions to finish as the development squad's top scorer.
Fiabema has already started training with his Real Sociedad B teammates ahead of a potential debut against Tarazona in a
Primera División RFEF match on August 27.
