Udinese make first offer to sign Super Eagles winger from Nottingham Forest
Published: August 28, 2023
Udinese are interested in signing Super Eagles winger Emmanuel Dennis from Nottingham Forest ahead of transfer deadline day.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, the Serie A outfit have tabled a first offer to Nottingham Forest for his services.
In their bid to strengthen their attack, Udinese have identified Dennis alongside former Liverpool striker Divock Origi as potential signings before the end of the transfer window.
Udinese face competition from foreign clubs for the signature of the former Watford star.
The Nigeria International has found it difficult to nail a starting berth in the Nottingham Forest team since he joined the club last summer.
Last season, the 25-year-old started only 6 Premier League games while his other 13 appearances came off the bench.
He has continued his struggles this season as he is yet to make any appearance for Steve Cooper's side in the Premier League.
The former Watford striker has registered 2 goals and three assists in 25 appearances across all competition for Forest.
