APOEL Nicosia chief scout in Lagos for 20-team scouting programme
Published: November 29, 2023APOEL Nicosia Chief Scout, Ioannis Dimosthenous, has stormed Lagos, for a 20-team scouting programme organised by Amadehi Football Club, in conjunction with Sports Solutions, UK.
Dimosthenous revealed he is Nigeria to find top young talents, bullish and aggressive, with future potential, that will be blooded in Cyprus, and launched to bigger clubs.
Clubs in attendance include Amadehi Football Club, Northern Warriors, Ovation FC, China Sunstars among others.
The event was organised by Steve Ogbeche, a football entrepreneur and Uzoma Obi,of Sports Solutions, UK, football think-tank.
The network has partnerships with clubs in the Cypriot, Swedish and Belgian Leagues, amongst others.
