'Keep my name out of your mouth' - Osimhen blasts Kvaratskhelia’s agent over Saudi Arabia comments
Published: January 10, 2024Victor Osimhen has blasted Khvicha kvaratskhelia's agent, Mamuka Jugeli for his claim that he will move to Saudi Arabia in the summer.
This isn't the first time the reigning CAF Men's Player of the Year has been linked with Saudi Arabia as Al Hilal made a mega bid for him last summer but he turned down the opportunity to join the club.
The move would have made the world-class striker the most expensive and highest-paid African player ever but he rejected the opportunity and eventually signed a new contract with Napoli
Despite inking a new deal, Jugeli has posited that the Nigeria international will move to Saudi Arabia next summer, drawing a comparison with his client, Kvaratskhelia whom he said will reject any offer from the Gulf nation and remain in Europe.
This hasn't gone down well with Osimhen who has come out to condemn Jugeli for his utterances on social media.
In quotes relayed by Fabrizio Romano, the 25-year-old said: "Dear Mamuka Jugeli, you are a piece of filth and a disgrace. I'm embarrassed at your sense of reasoning".
"Dumb f**k! KEEP MY NAME OUT OF YOUR MOUTH!".
Napoli will be hoping that this causes no bad blood between the Super Eagles forward and his Georgian teammate Kvaratskhelia as the Serie A defending champions will need the duo to help them salvage their season.
