Evelina Pirjo Jovanka Duljan, the 20-year-old Swedish-born football sensation, joins the lengthy list of Nigeria-eligible players with her remarkable talent and versatility on the field.
Born on May 12, 2003, in Kristianstad, Sweden, Duljan's journey from the youth leagues of Kristianstads DFF to the global stage of professional football is nothing short of remarkable.
Duljan's football journey began in the youth ranks of hometown club Kristianstads DFF, where she honed her skills.
Her early talent did not go unnoticed, and she soon made her mark in the senior squad, amassing an impressive 52 appearances and netting four goals for the club.
In 2021, Duljan embarked on a loan spell with Växjö DFF, gaining valuable experience and further showcasing her abilities on the pitch.
Her stellar performances caught the attention of top-tier clubs, leading to a pivotal move to Serie A giants Juventus in August 2022.
During her tenure with the Bianconeri, Duljan made 23 appearances in all competitions, contributing her skill and tenacity to the team's success.
