Cyriel Dessers is being linked with a departure from Scottish Premiership giants Rangers after a season at Ibrox.
This follows a report from Novasports which stated that the Super Eagles striker is in advanced talks with current Greek champions PAOK.
PAOK want to bolster their attacking options this summer and are not only eyeing a move for Dessers but also former Barcelona striker Martin Brathwaite.
The Nigeria international had a decent campaign with Rangers but was under a lot of scrutiny throughout the course of the season.
The 29-year-old featured in 54 games across all competitions for the Scottish giants and was able to notch 22 goals and nine assists.
His 31 goal involvements was not deemed satisfactory due to some of the clear cut chances he also missed and that has led to the call that the Light Blues need a new striker which explains their links to Scotland international Lawrence Shankland.
The arrival of a new striker could affect Dessers' game time at Ibrox and it only makes sense for him to seek a move elsewhere.
Joining PAOK could benefit his career with the club being one of the best teams in Greece having won the League last season and he will also have an opportunity to play alongside his international teammate William Troost-Ekong.
