Obi-Martin hopes to finalise personal terms with Man Utd within 24 hours; Newcastle and big six PL club miss out

Allnigeriasoccer.com can exclusively report with certainty that Chido Obi-Martin is in very advanced talks to join Premier League giants Manchester United. 

The Danish-born Nigerian goal machine took to social media on Monday to confirm that his four-year association with Arsenal has come to an end, fueling speculation that he has made a decision on his next club. 

This website can one hundred percent confirm that Obi-Martin has given his green light to join Manchester United but has yet to agree on personal terms with the Old Trafford outfit, as of this morning. 

Having said that, personal terms should not be an issue as Obi-Martin is very confident that he can reach an agreement with the Red Devils within twenty-four hours. 

Manchester United have pulled off a massive transfer coup to lure Obi-Martin, widely regarded as one of the top U17 players in the world, to Old Trafford, as they are set to beat a plethora of French Ligue 1, German Bundesliga and Premier League clubs to his signature.

The Denmark youth international, who was named in the Team of the Tournament for the 2024 European U17 Championship, was heavily courted by Bayern Munich, Eintracht Frankfurt, Borussia Dortmund,  Monaco and Newcastle United. 

Apart from Arsenal, another big six Premier League team also wanted him but the talented striker prioritized a transfer to Manchester United.

The Red Devils have offered Obi-Martin a scholarship deal which will be upgraded to a professional contract once he turns seventeen in November 2024.

The 16-year-old made a splash in last season's U18 Premier League, scoring 32 goals in 18 games and broke a club record for the most goals scored by an Arsenal  U18 player in a single season.
