Transfer reporter advises Chelsea on how best to agree a deal with Napoli for Osimhen

Transfer reporter Dharmesh Sheth has advised Chelsea on how best they can get the signature of Victor Osimhen in the current transfer window.
The Premier League outfit and Napoli are in discussion regarding the future of the Super Eagles striker alongside Belgium centre forward Romelu Lukaku.
It is clear that both clubs are in agreement on Lukaku moving to Napoli permanently at the moment, but there is uncertainty regarding how to strike a deal for Osimhen to move to Chelsea.
The Nigeria international's agent is opposed to a loan plus an option to buy deal which means the striker will only move to west London on a permanent deal.
This may be by Chelsea agreeing to pay the valuation set by Napoli or loan plus an obligation to buy, as it stands.
Smeth has spoken about the subject which he has described as complicated but has advised the English outfit to negotiate a loan plus an obligation to buy deal with Napoli if they are to sign Osimhen.
"It's unclear whether Chelsea would be able to afford what Napoli would want. We know that his release clause is over £100m. So the next best thing is to try and negotiate a loan with an obligation to buy, because Napoli will want a guarantee that at some point, Victor Osimhen's move to Chelsea, if it is to be to Chelsea, has got a permanent element to it. So that's where we are at the moment.
"There is so much work to do on this deal. I've been told it is such a complicated deal to do, but the fact that the two clubs are still in negotiation over it would imply that there is a deal to be done.
"Whether they can do that deal is a completely different matter."he told GIVEMESPORT.
Besides the structure of the deal, the Stamford Bridge outfit still have to agree personal terms with the Nigerian forward.
Osimhen already has an agreement with PSG and this explains why they Ligue 1 giants are still considered to be in the race for his signature.
