Talented Arsenal defender eligible for Nigeria and England leaning towards representing Egypt

Promising Arsenal defender Cam'ron Ismail is leaning towards representing North African giants, Egypt at international level, allnigeriasoccer.com reports.
The Hale End Academy graduate has already landed in Egypt after accepting a call-up to attend an Egypt U20s training camp, which takes place from Monday, October 7 to Tuesday, October 15.
Born and raised in Islington, London, Ismail is eligible to represent his country of birth England as well as Nigeria and Egypt through his father and mother respectively.
The Egypt Football Association are in pole position for his services as of now, having convinced the fullback to attend U19 and U20 training camps.
If he features in the Africa U20 Cup of Nations qualifiers in November 2024, he will be provisionally cap-tied to Egypt.
Egypt U20s' Brazilian coach, Rogerio Micale will run the rule over Ismail during the training camp before deciding whether to include him in his squad for the 2024 UNAF U-20 Tournament.
From 12 to 27 November, Egypt will host the 2024 UNAF U-20 Tournament, which acts as the qualifying competition for the Africa U-20 Cup of Nations.
Ismail is not the only player on the books of a Premier League club invited to the training camp, as Liverpool center forward Kareem Ahmed was also summoned.
The 17-year-old Ismail has made his debuts for Arsenal in the U18 Premier League, Premier League 2, UEFA Youth League and EFL Trophy, and has been invited to train with the first team.
Ismail joined Arsenal at U15 level after he was spotted playing in an Elite Development Academy Soccer shop window.
