The Nigeria Football Federation have announced the Super Eagles squad list for the upcoming 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying matches against Benin's Cheetahs and Rwanda's Wasps.
An analysis of the roster revealed that three goalkeepers, seven defenders, six midfielders and seven strikers have been summoned for the Afcon qualifiers.
Nigeria's interim manager Augustine Eguavoen has kept faith with majority of the players called up for the internationals in September and October.
Arsenal's Hale End Academy product Alex Iwobi and Chelsea alum Ola Aina are set to add to their international caps, having made the squad list.
The other English-based players invited for the double header are Calvin Bassey (Fulham) and Wilfred Ndidi (Leicester City).
