Published: December 02, 2024
Ademola Lookman has been named in Whoscored.com's Italian Serie A Team of the Month for November 2024.
The 2024 African Men's Footballer of the Year nominee scored three goals in three games to help Atalanta win all their games last month and be in the reckoning for the Scudetto.
Lookman started the month by scoring two brilliant goals in La Dea's 3-0 win over Napoli at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona but drew a blank and did not register an assist in the 2-1 victory over Udinese.
He returned to the scoresheet in the 3-1 triumph over Parma, scoring the third goal to secure the maximum points after Parma had reduced the lead through Matteo Cancellieri.
The 28-year-old earned a rating of 8.01 to make him the highest-rated player selected in the team, with the closest being Fiorentina striker Moise Kean, who got 7.75.
Lookman was joined by Kean, his Atalanta teammate Marco Carnesecchi who was adjudged as the best goalkeeper in the division last month, alongside three Inter Milan players, one from AC Milan, Empoli, Bologna, Juventus and Lazio in the team.
Below is the full team
Goalkeeper: Carnesecchi (Atalanta)
