Super Eagles striker Boniface misses Bayer Leverkusen training ahead of Union Berlin clash

Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface was notably absent from Bayer Leverkusen's training session on Tuesday, raising concerns about his availability for their upcoming match against FC Union Berlin.

According to reports from Bild, via Liga Insider, the reason for Boniface's absence remains unclear, and the club has not provided specific details on whether the Nigerian forward is dealing with an injury or other personal issues.

Boniface, who started Leverkusen's previous Bundesliga match against Heidenheim, played an important role in the attack before being substituted in the 68th minute. 

His absence from training has sparked speculation about whether he is recovering from a knock or if there is another issue preventing his participation.
