Brother of Super Eagles star Dele-Bashiru will leave England if he quits Watford this summer
Published: July 16, 2025
As first reported by Tuttomercatoweb, Tom Dele-Bashiru, the brother of Super Eagles midfielder Fisayo Dele-Bashiru, is wanted by three Italian clubs, Parma, Bologna and newly-promoted Pisa, ahead of the upcoming campaign.
Allnigeriasoccer.com can confirm that Parma, Bologna and Pisa are genuinely interested in the former Nigeria U23 international.
This website can report with certainty that Tom Dele-Bashiru will not be joining an English club if he ends his six-year association with Watford in the summer transfer window.
Tom Dele-Bashiru, who joined the Hornets in the summer of 2019, scored eight goals and provided four assists in 79 matches across all competitions.
With his contract expiring next summer, the 2019 Fifa U20 Word Cup star is already attracting interest from multiple Italian clubs, who are hoping to fortify the squad ahead of the 2025/2026 campaign.
The Manchester City academy graduate is now a subject of interest from Bologna and Pisa, signaling a move that could potentially see Fisayo and Tom compete in the Serie A next campaign.
However, both clubs will face competition to secure the services of Tom Dele-Bashiru ahead of the upcoming season, with Parma also exploring ways to sign the central midfielder.
As the summer window heats up, Tom Dele-Bashiru will be eager for a fresh start to realize the huge potential that saw him rise through the youth system at the Etihad Stadium.
