Published: May 15, 2012
Turkish media, naklenfutbol.com, informed on Tuesday that Besiktas have joined the chase for the former Esperance skipper, who bagged 15 goals in 34 matches this campaign.
Michael Eneramo is now a free agent after refusing to extend his contract with Sivasspor. Because he costs nothing, clubs in Turkey and abroad are scrambling for the services of the Nigeria international.
Eneramo has a desire: to play in a European competition next season. He has told his agent to look for a club playing in next season's UEFA Champions League or Europa League.
The out of favor Super Eagle has been ruled out of action for six weeks , but should be in good physical condition before the start of pre-season training. In Istanbul on Monday, Eneramo underwent surgery on his left big toe.
