21-year-old striker Uchenna Ike has impressed in Sweden's Division 2 with Valsta Syrianska. Now, AIK of the premier division,  has acknowledged the development of the Nigerian forward, and could invite him for trials.

''It is true that we have posed the question to his agent, he will play in an U21 game for us but we have not decided, we did not promise anything, ''says the chief scout Björn Wesström to fotbolldirekt.se.

He continued: ''We aim to play him in our U21 game on July 10. How long we have known him? Basically this year.''  .
