RAZAK OMOTOYOSSI Tips Eagles To Qualify For Afcon, World Cup
Published: June 26, 2012Nigerian-born Benin Republic star player Razak Omotoyossi is positive that the Super Eagles of Nigeria will qualify for the Nations Cup and World Cup under Stephen Keshi only if the squad shows commitment.
Omotoyossi, who scored a great goal for Benin in the 2013 Afcon qualifier against Mali says the Eagles for him remain the best team in Africa.
''Let us forget about the FIFA ranking . Nigeria has a lot of talented players ,what they need is blending and continuity in the team. The players need to be committed too and play as one family. I am really disappointed with the way the Nigeria Federation hire and fire coaches these day. But I know that with Keshi in charge, he will take the Eagles to the promised land , qualifying them for both the nations cup and world cup,'' Omotoyossi told allnigeriasoccer.com.
Omotoyossi is on the payroll of Zamalek of Egypt. The star striker has revealed that he has offers from clubs in Sweden and Turkish giants Besiktas. However, he is happy in Egypt and wishes to continue playing in unarguably Africa's best league.
