The future of in-form Nigeria international Ikechukwu Uche at Villarreal remains unresolved. Uche joined the Yellow Submarines in last summer's transfer market. Without kicking a ball, he was loaned to Granada for the 2011 - 2012 campaign.

It is unlikely that the Andalusian club will meet the financial demands of Villarreal and Ikechukwu Uche. On sporting terms, Uche might not favor a second romance with Recreativo because they don't match his ambitions.
