EMMANUEL EMENIKE Scores Second Fastest Goal In RPL History

For the first time in five seasons, Spartak Moscow have won their opening game in the Russian Championship after defeating FC Alania Vladikavkaz 2-1 on Saturday.
Nigeria forward Emmanuel Emenike scored the second fastest goal in the history of the Premier League, firing past an unsettled Alania goalie Dmitri Khomich after only ten seconds.
The fastest ever goal in the Russian championship was scored by Alexey Bychkov in 1999. Then playing for FC Shinnik Yaroslavl, Bychkov got on the score-sheet after nine seconds.
Coach Unai Emery replaced Emmanuel Emenike in the 79th minute for the Brazilian striker Ari da Silva.
