Official: KENNETH OBODO Joins Grosseto

Serie B club Grosseto have officially announced the outright purchase of Nigerian midfielder Kenneth Obodo, who played for Pisa last season. The duration and financial details of the contract were not disclosed by both clubs.

The 27-year-old had also attracted huge interest from other teams in Italy's lower division including  Lega Pro Prima Divisione A team Benevento, who were close to announcing the acquisition of the player.

Obodo has adapted to Italian football. In three seasons with Pisa, the Warri born player bagged 4 goals in 79 appearances for the Nerazzurri.
