Brøndby IF may be headed for first summer signing. They are currently testing the 24-year-old Nigerian Emmanuel Sarki, who is primarily a winger.
Emmanuel Sarki in 2003 was brought to big club Chelsea after his performance for the Nigerian U17 national team, but was rented out several times, among others to Norwegian club Lyn Oslo.
After the contract expired at Chelsea, he switched to the Israeli club Ashdod, and here he did it so well that the Belgian Beveren picked him up north. After this season, however, he declined to extend and thus became a free agent.
Emmanuel Sarki is not an entirely new name in Danish football. Last summer he was in fact tested by SønderjyskE, but he was not offered a contract after tests.
