Official: OGUCHI ONYEWU Pens Deal With Malaga

USA international Oguchi Onyewu has temporarily departed Sporting Lisbon, Portugal's sports daily A Bola citing AS is reporting on its website.
An agreement for the transfer of Onyewu to Spain has been reached by Sporting Lisbon and the Spanish club. The experienced centre back will join Malaga on loan with a purchase option inserted into the contract.
Oguchi Onyewu has seen his first team opportunities limited at Sporting Lisbon. The 30 - year -old had to look for a club that will guarantee him match time.
The ex Standard Liege ace is under contract with Sporting Lisbon until June 30, 2014.
